Competition isn’t a word she throws around lightly. Her competitive streak is more with her own standards than someone else’s. As a soccer player, it was about spending Friday nights in the gym getting reps in, when all her friends wanted to go out. “When you compete, when you push yourself emotionally, physically, or mentally, then you push yourself in other areas of life.”
